Retail fireworks
Is Joey’s Fireworks open year-round?
Yes, but please call Joey at 864-848-3833 before visiting to verify that the store is open. Peak-season hours are announced seasonally.
When are peak-season hours announced?
Seasonal-hour notices appear from Memorial Day through July 5 and from December 1 through January 1. Calling before your visit is always the best way to confirm availability.
Can you help me choose fireworks for my budget?
Absolutely. Tell us your budget, space, audience, and the experience you want. We can help build a balanced lineup with family favorites, larger effects, and a memorable finish.
What if a product is defective?
If a product is defective, bring it back and speak with Joey so the team can help with a replacement.
Should I call before coming to the store?
Yes. Availability outside peak season can vary, so call Joey at 864-848-3833 before making the trip.
Professional displays
Where do you provide professional displays?
Joey’s Fireworks plans professional displays throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, subject to site feasibility, scheduling, and local requirements.
Do you handle permitting and setup?
Yes. Our team handles display planning, required permitting and coordination, professional setup, and execution—so you can focus on enjoying the night.
How much does a fireworks display cost?
Every display is custom quoted. Pricing depends on the date, location, desired length, audience, site conditions, creative goals, and permitting needs.
How long can the display be?
Show length is customized around your event and budget. You can request approximately 5, 10, 15, or 20-plus minutes—or ask James to recommend the best fit.
What types of events do you serve?
We plan displays for weddings, festivals, community celebrations, sports events, corporate gatherings, country clubs, and private events.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as possible, especially around Memorial Day, July Fourth, and New Year’s. Dates are not reserved until availability, location, requirements, and final terms are confirmed.
What happens if weather affects the event?
Weather and site conditions are reviewed for every display. Rain-date and scheduling details are handled during planning and in the final agreement.
